Our commercial terms for work undertaken are always flexible and we are happy to discuss the most appropriate pricing model for any particular job. Most consultancy is billed by the half day depending on the seniority and skill-set of the consultant involved - and of course we are happy to provide estimates in advance or cap the effort expended to meet a budget constraint. Typical day rates are available on request.
Tapina also offers to undertake certain projects on a fixed price, fixed timescale basis where we take on the risk associated with the work. For the level of risk to be acceptable the project must be clearly defined up front either by the customer, or (more typically) by a short analysis and specification consultancy project conducted in order to produce a quote for the larger job.
